Growing up in North County, and also a parent who has raised children here I offer a strong local perspective and community insight. I have a keen appreciation for the lifestyle details that truly matter—school districts, parks, shopping, and walkable neighborhoods.

I’m experienced both personally & professionally when it comes to working with seniors and their families, understanding that these transitions often require patience, clarity, compassion and thoughtful guidance.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market, I manage my Oceanside beach cottage Sunshine Hideaway, as a successful Airbnb, which gives me valuable, hands-on insight into coastal living and investment properties.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy an active San Diego lifestyle—sailing, golfing, hiking local trails, and spending time in wine country.
